We also conduct direct mail campaigns via the US Post Office and handle shipping through UPS. These services can be accessed either through our website or via partner portals. You are permitted to use all of our services, subject to your agreement to our Terms and Conditions. Should you violate any of these terms, your right to use our services will be revoked immediately, and you must promptly delete any content that you have produced, downloaded, or otherwise acquired through our services. It's important to understand that we do not assure or guarantee specific outcomes from using our services, including those provided by third parties. Additionally, we are not liable for the accuracy of addresses supplied by external address providers, nor for any delivery delays caused by USPS or UPS.

Reaching Neighbors is not responsible for the delay and/or damages resulting from Machinery Breakdown, Acts of God, and from other actions, both governmental and otherwise, including but not limited to war, riot, seizure, and embargo.
The tools available on www.neighborhub.reachingneighbors.com to create any document is the property of Reaching Neighbors and its affiliated companies. The Buyer’s order shall be deemed an acceptance of the Seller's terms. The Terms and conditions shall in all respects be governed by STATE OF TEXAS law.
Orders can be canceled exclusively through a direct phone call to our Customer Support Department within our standard business hours (Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm Central Standard Time, excluding holidays). Cancellation requests must be communicated directly to a Customer Support Representative. We do not accept order cancellations through voice mail or email. Cancellation is possible until the order has entered the printing process. Orders that have been batched or are in the printing stage will be billed as completed.
We hold the exclusive right to, at any time and for any reason, with or without notice, (i) terminate, modify, suspend, or halt any aspect of our website, products, or services, including but not limited to features, operational hours, and availability, and (ii) impose limitations on certain features or all aspects of our websites, products, and services, or limit your access to parts or the entirety of our websites, products, and services. Changes to all or any part of our websites, products, or services may occur at any time and without prior notification, at our sole discretion, in response to evolving technologies, business practices, and the needs of our customers.
When utilizing services on the Reaching Neighbors website, you have the option to upload or submit materials. While we don't actively monitor the uploading of customer-provided materials, we reserve the right to do so. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Reaching Neighbors, its parent company, and its subsidiaries, along with their respective officers, directors, agents, and employees, from any lawsuits, demands, or claims resulting from a breach of this warranty. This includes agreeing to cover any judgments or reasonable settlement offers from such suits, demands, or claims, and paying any attorney’s fees incurred by Reaching Neighbors in defense against them.
When registering on our website or through partner portals, you must provide a unique, valid, and actively used email address and a password. This information will be used as outlined in our Privacy Policy. You bear sole responsibility for the accuracy of the information you provide and for maintaining the security of your password.
For placing orders and accessing certain services, your Billing information is required. This information will be held in strict confidence as detailed in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for providing accurate and current Billing Information. If you provide invalid Billing Information, we reserve the right to withhold production of your order or provision of our services. You are also responsible for all activities occurring under your account and must inform us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any security breaches. We are not liable for any losses incurred due to someone else using your password or account, whether you are aware of it or not. However, you could be held responsible for losses incurred by us or any related third party due to unauthorized use of your account. While we strive for accurate pricing, there may be occasions where pricing errors occur. By submitting an Order or using our services, you agree to pay the stated price for that Order or Service. We advise reviewing your Order thoroughly before submission and to contact us immediately with any pricing questions.
For mailing or shipping your Orders via USPS or UPS, you must provide Address Files and a Shipping Address. This information will be shared with the necessary third party as part of the service and will be used in accordance with the guidelines set out in our Privacy Policy. USPS mailing standards mandate that addresses without "Or Current Resident" or "Or Current Occupant" comply with Move Update requirements.
Your order will be fulfilled following the industry standards for color and registration, and in line with the specifications of your order request and the guidelines provided on our website. We encourage customers to verify their orders during the "Review and Submit" phase of the ordering process and to check the Order Confirmation Email sent to the provided email address in the "Contact" field of the order. Given the highly automated nature of our order fulfillment process, any modifications to an order should be promptly communicated to Reaching Neighbors by phone call 210-496-6352 during our regular business hours of 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday, Central Standard Time, excluding holidays. Be aware that any alterations to an order may lead to delays in its completion. Orders that have already been printed are final and cannot be changed or canceled and will be billed as per the original order.
Reaching Neighbors does not provide explicit guarantees for meeting the turnaround times mentioned on our website or by our staff. Our operations run Monday through Friday, and we typically process print-ready orders within 1-2 business days. We strive to maintain these turnaround times even for orders delayed due to incorrect artwork/file specifications or design issues. The countdown for our turnaround time starts once the customer has resolved the final issue with their "problem" order. We use third-party providers for order delivery and are not responsible for any delivery issues caused by these providers, including but not limited to USPS (United States Postal Service) and UPS (United Parcel Service). UPS deliveries are made according to customer preferences (Saturday deliveries are available for an additional charge). UPS will deliver to the address listed as "Ship My Order To" on your order, prioritizing business addresses before residential ones. It's the customer's responsibility to inspect all UPS deliveries for damages and report them to the driver immediately upon delivery. Please contact our Customer Support at 210-496-6352 to report any such damages. Reaching Neighbors is not liable for damages caused during delivery by third-party providers that are not reported at the time of delivery.
First-Class™ or Standard (Bulk) Mail orders are entered into the USPS system at the San Antonio, Texas Business Mail Entry Unit, thereafter becoming the responsibility of USPS. These mailings use the addresses from your provided address files, which must meet our specifications. USPS delivery times for First-Class™ mail range from 1-5 business days, and 3-21 business days for Standard (Bulk) Mail, depending on the distance from San Antonio, Texas. We advise customers to request a "seed card" to be mailed to them during the ordering process. This card is sent to the address listed as "Ship To" on the order. By placing your order, you agree that our delivery to the USPS completes our fulfillment obligations, and constitutes Signed and Accepted Order Delivery, after which you forfeit the right to dispute any related Order credit card charges due to delivery failures by the USPS.
Due to the nature of the product, no returns can be made once the order is processed and/or shipped. Any claims for defects, damages, or shortages must be made in writing within two (2) business days after receipt of the merchandise. We will replace only those orders that were processed incorrectly. The replacement of the order will take place only after the receipt of returned merchandise. We will not replace the order if it is determined by us that the order was misused or mishandle by the buyer or part of the order was used by the buyer and part of the order is being returned.
Reaching Neighbors will not be liable in contract or in tort (including negligence) to the customer for incidental or consequential damages, arising out of or resulting from anybody’s performance or nonperformance of our obligations. Reaching Neighbors shall not be liable to anyone for any kind of financial losses, cost, expenses, damages and/or other economic damages. The Buyer agrees that the Buyer will not hold Reaching Neighbors responsible for any and all loss, cost, expense, and damages (including legal costs) on account of any and all manner of claims, demands, actions, and proceedings that may be instituted against Reaching Neighbors and its affiliated company (S) on grounds alleging that the said work violates any copyrights, trademarks, service marks, or is scandalous, or invades any person's right to privacy or other personal rights.
You shall indemnify, defend, and hold Reaching Neighbors®, its officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from and against any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, judgments, and fees and expenses related thereto (including attorneys' fees), arising out of, based upon, or resulting from, any breach or violation by you of the terms of use or any use by you of the Site or the Services. Reaching Neighbors® reserves the right, at its own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you. In no event, however, shall you settle or otherwise dispose of any such matter without the prior written consent of Reaching Neighbors®.

Reaching Neighbors® makes no representation that the Site, the Content, or any Services are appropriate or available for use outside the United States, and access to them from territories where their contents are illegal is prohibited.
